SUMit is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for small businesses. Our Service allows you to:

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. We may suspend access if payment fails.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We act as a processor of your data and will not access, use, or disclose it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Backup and Recovery

We perform regular backups of your data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups as an additional precaution.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUMit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUMit from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SUMit regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
